Return Policy:
In the rare case that you would need to make a return, please follow these simple instructions.
Shipping Damage:
Examine your package immediately upon receipt. If there is shipping damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail, and we will arrange for carrier to verify shipping damage. Our e-mail address is; countrydecor@sbcglobal.net. We will pick up the damaged order at our expense, and once we recieve it we will replace your order with the same merchandise. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your purchase.
All others:
Return requests must be sent by e-mail for documentation purposes. Our e-mail address is; countrydecor@sbcglobal.net
In all cases, we need to be notified of your intent to return your order by e-mail within 5 days of delivery. You can call us on the phone if you wish, in addition to the e-mail; we are always ready to discuss concerns with a customer.
Returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the return is due to our error, then we will pick up the order at our expense, and once we have verified the error, send you the correct merchandise. If the merchandise is no longer available, we will refund your purchase.
If the return is not due to our error, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and all shipping will be at customer's expense. As all monitors portray color differently, returns due to color are not considered our error and thus will be charged the restocking fee above.
In all cases, returns must be in new condition, in the correct packaging, with the insert slips in the packaging. Any items that appear to have been washed or laundered, or are not in the correct packaging, or in new condition as described above will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Once we have received your return, and have examined it and verified that the return conditions have been met, we will issue your credit. In case of a refund, we will need your order number, the credit card number originally used, and the expiration date. If you paid by check, we will send you a check.
Orders Cancelations
Orders Canceled after they have been processed and inventory paid for and allocated by Us, are subject to the same guidelines as returns not due to our error.
To avoid this, please let us know of your intent to cancel an order before it has been processed and we have ordered inventory.

We will ship either UPS or USPS or Fed-Ex at our discretion. If one is favored over the other, please let us know in the comments section when placing your order. Thank you!
Packages will be dropped off without a signature unless you contact us and request we make a signature mandatory before a delivery can be made.
That being said, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If we do not have all of the items on your order to ship out, and you will only accept anything but your full order, please let us know in the notes area on the web order form.
Please note, if a partial order is indeed sent, you are only charged for what ships.
Shipping for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and any Overseas destination will be estimates and actual shipping will calculated and supplied for you approval before shipping.
Shipping on C & F bedding takes approximately 7 - 10 business days.
